Homemade Gluten Free BBQ Burger

Make your BBQ one to remember with this easy to make, and very tasty burger recipe. Treat your friends and family, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

600g minced Chuck Steak or Ground Beef
1 large Egg
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 finely diced Onion

Optional:

2 crushed Garlic Cloves
Pinch of dried Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf Parsley Leaves
Pinch of dried Oregano
1 tbsp dijon or Wholegrain Mustard

Directions:

1. Mix all of your ingredients together (including the optional ingredients) in a large bowl and shape into four equal parties.

2. Turn on your BBQ and heat to medium.

3. Brush with 2 tablespoons of oil (coconut, corn, vegetable, etc.) and place patties on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.

4. Flip patties and cook another 3 to 5 minutes, or until done.

5. Enjoy with your favorite condiments. We recommend trying avocado and roasted red peppers.
