Healthy, tasty, and filling for dinner at home, this beef stew is easy to make and packed with vegetables. Share and enjoy!
1lb Stewing Beef, cubed
4 medium Potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 medium Carrots, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch chunks
2 medium Stalks, Celery, cut into 1/4 inch chunks
2 medium Onions, chopped
1 cup Frozen Peas
1 cup BBQ Sauce, your choice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1. Add all ingredients, except BBQ sauce, to slow cooker and set to low heat for 8 hours.
2. After 8 hours, add BBQ sauce and cover until sauce is warmed with stew, about 15 minutes.
3. Serve and enjoy!
