Summer Berry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Almond or Coconut Milk
• 1/2 medium Frozen Banana
• 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, low-fat
• 1/4 cup Blueberries
• 1/4 Raspberries
• 1/4 cup Blackberries
• 1/4 cup Strawberries, chopped
• 1 scoop Protein Powder, vanilla or unflavored.

Preparation Instructions:

1). Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth and fully combined.

2). Pour into glass or bottle and serve immediately.
